MacronAI provides nutrition logging and AI-assisted food recognition. Nutrition values may be based on databases, estimates, or user inputs and may not be perfectly accurate.
The Service is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Always seek professional guidance for health or dietary decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
You may submit content such as photos, text corrections, and logs ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the Service, including to generate nutrition results and (if you opt in) improve accuracy.
If you purchase a subscription, billing and renewal are handled by the app store provider. Subscription terms (including cancellation) are managed in your Apple/Google account settings.
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service or users.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MacronAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
